JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive/Account Manager specializing in Corporate Footwear and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in safety equipment, footwear design, industrial merchandising, or related fields and a proven track record in sales. This role involves managing the complete sales process and building lasting relationships with clients. This position is for Qatar Location. Canidates who are willing to move to Qatar can apply for this post.
Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and approach potential clients in industries such as construction, manufacturing, healthcare, and oil & gas.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process, including prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Product Expertise: Provide clients with tailored solutions for corporate footwear and PPE needs, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Order Coordination: Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of dues while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
- Reporting: Regularly report sales performance, pipeline updates, and client feedback to management.
