Department Profile:
The Finance Division reports to the Chief Financial Officer and consists of some 3,000 employees worldwide. Finance protects the Morgan Stanley franchise by serving as guardian of the Firm’s books and records, and by contributing to firmwide risk management and risk reduction. Finance plays a critical role as advisor to Morgan Stanley’s various businesses and its senior management team.
Team Profile:
Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) Governance and Control Team is a key team under Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function of Morgan Stanley’s Finance department. The team manages the governance around Balance Sheet and Pre-Provision Net Revenue (PPNR) forecasts and co-ordinates several CCAR related processes including Risk Identification, scenario design and hosting of Review and Challenges (R&C) meetings.

- Collaborate with stakeholders within segment teams to manage the Pre-Provision Net Revenue (PPNR) / Balance Sheet Forecasting, Risk Identification and Review and Challenges (R&C) related deliverables
- Co-ordinate with 2nd and 3rd line teams to manage the control environment as per regulatory expectations
- Manage policies and procedures documents (as applicable)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or related field with 6-7 years working experience
- Experience with Risk/ Control Frameworks, Process Improvement, Project Management
