Description:
Overview:
As Corporate Governance Specialist you will liaise between Compliance, Legal and the senior management team to ensure that all corporate governance requirements are implemented and executed. This is a great opportunity for the right person to make a real impact and contribute successfully to a unique organization.
In this role you will:
- Manage processes for the Fitness & Probity and Senior Executive Accountability Regimes including annual certification for Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as well as the approval process for new Controlled Functions (CFs)
- Manage processes for compliance with the Minimum Competency Code (MCC)
- Facilitate Board performance evaluations and training
- Facilitate succession planning for Directors and Key Persons
- Engage closely with the legal team to support and maintain the repository for Corporate Documentation
- Support the Company Secretarial requirements for the European group
- Engage closely with the legal and technology teams to support the Corporate Governance efforts associated with DORA
