Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate governance or a related field.
  • Any governance-related certificate is a plus (i.e., GRCP, GRCA).

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Basic understanding of corporate governance principles.
  • Basic Understanding and knowledge of Saudi’s Companies Law.
  • Advanced Communication skills
  • Intermediate Organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced Collaborative Working skills
  • Familiar with policies and procedures development
  • Familiar with governance best practices
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage tasks efficiently
  • Advanced with Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English and Arabic

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in achieving the goals and objectives of the Corporate Governance Department.
  • Assist in the development of the Department’s operating model, by establishing clear accountability and facilitating decision making in Golf Saudi’s ecosystem.
  • Conduct day-to-day operations of the Department, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the tasks assigned to them.
  • Assist in the development of Departmental outputs, collaborating with team members and submitting to the Manager for their review.
  • Contribute to the creation of materials for governance awareness sessions.
  • Support the ongoing development, review, and updating of the Department’s policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and review of governance documents, such as the Corporate Governance Framework and Delegations of Authority (DoA).
  • Conduct research on governance best practices and stay informed about regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with team members, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records and documentation for relevant governance documents.
  • Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor or above.
