Corporate Investment Consultant - Contract

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES

Establish governance framework for strategic projects such as partnership, joint venture, merger & acquisition, which includes:

• Develop a mechanism on strategic assessment on a potential target.
• Develop a valuation tool/model to assess potential value of the business.
• Design corporate proposals and/ or funding and capital raising proposals
• Gather market intelligence and establish good connection with financial institutions and other sources to fulfill KION South Asia’s investment needs.
• Establish reporting and tracking mechanism for successful projects, including change management and post M&A

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a background in accounting, corporate finance, investment banking, corporate strategy and restructuring
• Hands-on experience in “Buy-side” and “Sell-side” M&A transactions
• Able to work under minimum supervision
• Reliable and meticulous in work approach
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work at Loyang Way area
• Contract for 6 months (might be extended up to 12 month)
