JOB SUMMARY:

The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to Dexiconn. This role involves managing legal risks, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and advising on a variety of legal matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal advisor or in a similar role, preferably in the technology or IT distribution industry.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• In-depth understanding of UAE and MEA region laws.
• Proficiency in written legal English

• Provide expert legal advice and support on a wide range of legal issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various types of agreements, including vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and NDAs.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.
• Manage and mitigate legal risks by developing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal matters and compliance requirements.
• Support the HR department with employment-related legal issues.
• Assist with corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and financings.
