REQUIREMENTS
- Admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor in Singapore (preferably 2PQE and above)
- Relevant training or experience gained in corporate, finance or technology practice; applicants from disputes or other practices keen to broaden practice into corporate and finance law also welcome to apply
- Strong competency in legal research and drafting
- Solid academic credentials and/or other indicators of a spirit of excellence, sharpness and analytical ability
