We are looking for a Corporate Legal Counsel to join our team and help us navigate the legal complexities of the Endress+Hauser Group. In this role, you’ll contribute your expertise to key projects, ensuring we continue to lead with integrity and innovation.

As our Corporate Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support across the Endress+Hauser Group. Working closely with teams across the globe, you’ll ensure our legal strategy aligns with our business goals and values.
WHICH TASKS WILL YOU PERFORM?
You will:
- Provide comprehensive legal support to the Endress+Hauser Group companies, including contract review, contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and day-to-day legal advice.
- Act as an internal legal advisor on supply, project and service agreements in several jurisdictions.
- Advise on matters of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Support the implementation and improvement of legal AI tools including training.
Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel to manage complex legal cases.Ensure compliance with Swiss corporate law and contribute to the development and execution of legal strategies and processes.
