We are looking for a Corporate Legal Counsel to join our team and help us navigate the legal complexities of the Endress+Hauser Group. In this role, you’ll contribute your expertise to key projects, ensuring we continue to lead with integrity and innovation.

As our Corporate Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support across the Endress+Hauser Group. Working closely with teams across the globe, you’ll ensure our legal strategy aligns with our business goals and values.

WHICH TASKS WILL YOU PERFORM?

You will:

  • Provide comprehensive legal support to the Endress+Hauser Group companies, including contract review, contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and day-to-day legal advice.
  • Act as an internal legal advisor on supply, project and service agreements in several jurisdictions.
  • Advise on matters of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of legal AI tools including training.
  • Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel to manage complex legal cases.Ensure compliance with Swiss corporate law and contribute to the development and execution of legal strategies and processes.
