We have an exciting opportunity for a career administrator to join a team of fun, hardworking and self motivated individuals. In this fast paced and varied role we are seeking someone who will thrive off providing exceptional administration and coordination services to our Corporate Logistics team to support the delivery of logistical efficiency across Council.

As key member of the team you will take ownership of activities that integral to the operations of the organisations.
You’ll be involved in the administration and coordination of everything from Council workshops, meeting room and resource bookings, citizenship ceremonies, sourcing and purchasing of stationery; and organising travel and accommodation.
Naturally, you will have the highest level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to juggle and reassess priorities on a daily basis. You can feel proud of the contribution you make.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in providing quality logistical support services to a team or individual.
- Confident with coordinating meetings and taking minutes.
- Savvy with the Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Experience with document management systems, sharing and managing information
- A strong customer focus ethos and initiative
- Ability to effectively prioritise work, meet deadlines and be proactive in identifying ways to further support the team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail to ensure our high standards are maintained.
