Corporate M&A Specialist - Your Role :

Step into a pivotal role where your expertise in corporate law and M&A will shine. Key responsibilities include:

  • Mastering the full lifecycle of corporate and M&A transactions from inception to completion
  • Navigating complex national and international deals in M&A, corporate finance, and private equity
  • Engaging directly with clients to deliver bespoke legal solutions
  • Driving business growth through strategic client development and relationship building

Corporate M&A Specialist - Your Profile:

  • A Master’s degree in law and List II status
  • A minimum of 4 years’ dedicated experience in corporate M&A
  • Fluency in French and English (German proficiency is a bonus)
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage rigorous case files
  • Superior communication skills and a knack for client engagement
  • A collaborative spirit ready to thrive in a close-knit, dynamic team

Corporate M&A Specialist - What We Offer :
