The Corporate Marketing Coordinator is a critical position within the marketing team. This role manages all of the new project intake as well as assures tracking and progression of all marketing work through DevOps. The Corporate Marketing Coordinator has frequent interactions with subject matter experts and helps the team be responsive to organizational needs.
This is an in-office position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree; two to four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and collaborate on development of marketing and advertising initiatives to promote services and products.
  • Assist Marketing Executive in driving strategic priorities through timely and quality team deliverables.
  • Organize, monitor and update marketing project management plans via project management systems.
  • Facilitate and direct daily scrum and biweekly backlog/sprint planning meetings with team.
  • Manage marketing requests, assess needs and resource availability, and provide updates on progress and or delays.
  • Oversee and validate the corporate scheduling and placement of traditional media and associated contracts.
  • Oversee accounts payable for marketing, ensure bills are properly coded, allocated and paid in a timely manner.
