An outstanding opportunity has arisen within our Corporate Marketing team to undertake the role of Corporate Marketing Executive on a full-time 12 month contract, with the possibility of extension or permanency.
The Corporate Marketing Executive will report to the Corporate Marketing Manager, and will take ownership of all aspects of Office Building marketing and support all Corporate Marketing initiatives to achieve key marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and delivery of the Hawaiian corporate marketing strategy to achieve business goals and brand engagement.
  • Assist in the execution of all digital leasing marketing initiatives.
  • Manage all marketing initiatives for Parmelia House and 235 St. Georges Terrace.
  • Manage all marketing initiatives for Sunshine Harvester.
  • Execute the internal Hawaiian communication strategy to maximise team engagement.
  • Develop, gather and create content for the House of Hawaiian.
  • Work with the Hawaiian events team on the effective communication of upcoming events and activities on the team engagement strategy.
  • Assist the GM, Human Resources with the team engagement strategy when requested.
  • Assist in the delivery of marketing and partnership campaigns across the Hawaiian portfolio.
  • Champion and execute the Hawaiian internal communications strategy.
  • Coordinate the delivery of all Hawaiian events under the direction of Corporate Marketing Manager, GM - Marketing & Partnerships and GM - Human Resources.
  • Manage the administration of corporate digital platforms, including reporting and community engagement.

Qualification Requirements

  • At least 2-years industry experience or 3-years of study in Public Relations, Marketing and Communications.
  • Strong understanding and basic functionality of digital and social media marketing platforms.
  • Intermediate understanding of use of Adobe Suite and Canva for editing and creation of collateral and digital content.
  • Introductory understanding of Facebook for Business and advertising.
  • Strong copy-writing skills across print and digital media formats.

  • Well-developed planning and organisation skills including the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple deadlines whilst delivering accurate and quality work.
  • Well-developed problem solving, analytical and conceptual skills with ability to develop creative solutions to problems, identify the need for improvement and implement change.
  • Demonstrated initiative with the ability to exercise judgment and resolve issues independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
