Are you a problem-solver with a passion for supply chain excellence? We’re looking for talented individuals to join our Corporate Supply Chain team as a Corporate Materials Escalator. Position: Corporate Materials Escalator - Corporate Supply Chain Team
Reports to: Director of Global Supply Chain & Sourcing
On-Site Work Locations: Choose from our facilities in Strongsville, OH; Watertown, SD; Brooksville, FL; or Logan, UT

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or GED required; engineering, supply chain, or procurement background is a plus.
  • Relevant Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) company, with a strong understanding of the EMS component supply chain.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Leadership and Organization: Proven ability to organize and lead group calls with stakeholders across multiple sites.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
  • High-Energy Problem Solver: A determined, “never take no for an answer” attitude with a passion for finding solutions and delivering results.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Experience in customer service, particularly in working with OCMs and distribution partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve Materials Shortages: Use your expertise in electronic components and quoting software to identify and secure needed materials, ensuring our supply chain operates without a hitch.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with site Supply Chain & Operations teams, leading regular customer and supplier calls to ensure clear communication and timely resolutions.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Utilize tools like CalcuQuote, QuoteWin, and rustedparts.com to source materials, driving to secure the best delivery dates and pricing. Prior Experience with these tools is required.
  • Track and Communicate: Monitor and report on the status of material shortages, collaborating with various departments to close any gaps in the supply chain.
