About our Client
Our client is an independent specialised professional of financial sector which provides a wide range of financial services including domiciliation, corporate secretarial and accounting services, fund administration and services, directorship of companies, tax compliance, and company winding-up assistance.
Your mission
On behalf of our client, a well-regarded company in the corporate management sector in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Corporate Officer for a permanent position.
Under the supervision of the team manager, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of Luxembourg-based companies, with responsibilities that include:
Supporting the onboarding of new entities and establishing their corporate legal frameworks.
Handling day-to-day administrative and corporate management activities.
Organizing and coordinating board meetings and general assemblies, drafting a variety of corporate legal documents, including Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) minutes, liquidation deeds, articles of association, shareholder agreements, and more.
Liaising with notaries, banks, and Luxembourg authorities.
Preparing and verifying necessary banking documents, including account opening files, KYC documentation, and compliance due diligence.
Contributing to the setup and organization of the Luxembourg office.
