A boutique law firm based in downtown Vancouver is seeking a dedicated Corporate Paralegal to join their busy and growing team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside a high-performing and collaborative team while working independently with autonomy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 5+ years of paralegal experience in corporate law
Completed paralegal certificate
Ability to work hybrid and on-site when required.

Draft legal documents including corporate transactions such as incorporations, amalgamations, reorg, dissolutions, restructuring, director and officer changes, share allotments and transfers, redemptions, and dividend declarations.
Prepare annual resolutions for BC companies, federal corporations, and societies
Review and coordinate filings of annual reports and other corporate records for extra-provincial corporations
Conduct due diligence review of basic corporate records
Update and maintain corporate records
Assist with other responsibilities as needed
