TGR-WRT Oy is seeking a Corporate Planning Specialist to join its dynamic team. This individual will work closely with the Corporate Planning Manager and the CEO, taking a proactive role in driving new business initiatives and managing strategic projects. The specialist will be responsible for brainstorming and incubating new business ideas, supporting the early stages of projects, and ensuring they align with the company’s broader goals. Additionally, the role involves supporting budget planning, structuring internal regulations, and coordinating efforts across different departments.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in communication between the Finnish team and key stakeholders in Japan, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment with Toyota’s global objectives. Regular reporting to both the Corporate Planning Manager and the CEO will also be an important part of the role. The candidate must be prepared for occasional travel as required.
