TEAM & CULTURE

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Quality Manager to lead and oversee the quality management processes across our organization. As a strategic leader, you will work collaboratively with project teams, senior management, and field personnel to develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality program. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Heavy Civil Construction quality systems, excels in communication, and demonstrates a proactive and solution-driven mindset. As an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, we pride ourselves on delivering projects that meet the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You are detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar leadership or management role within the Heavy Civil Construction industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of quality control processes, including soil and concrete testing.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing quality management systems including ISO Standards.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with experience in technical report preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, tracking systems, and reporting tools.
  • Certification in Quality Management or related accreditation is an asset.
  • Ability to travel as required to project sites and remote locations as required.
