Description:
Role: Corporate Receptionist
Location: Glasgow
Type of contract: Part-time, Permanent
Hours: 25 per week (shift rota basis Monday-Friday between 8 AM and 5:30 PM)
Salary: £14.950 per annum

Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional service to all key stakeholders
- Welcoming guests and guiding them to their designated meeting rooms
- Responding to emails promptly and professionally
- Coordinating meeting room bookings, parking arrangements, and catering orders
- Serving as the primary contact for individuals in the office
- Assisting with various tasks as needed by the organisation
