Description:
Honeycomb is assisting a Global Professional Services firm to recruit for a Corporate Receptionist to join their team. This is a 12 month fixed term contract and would suit someone with experience in a busy client facing role within a corporate or hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
In this role you will be part of a professional reception team who work closely together and with IT, Catering and Facilities to ensure everything runs smoothly. If you enjoy a client facing role, in a busy and high performing environment this is a great opportunity to develop your career. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of duties, including:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Dealing with a high volume of telephone calls
- Booking internal meeting rooms and related catering
- Booking taxis
- Issuing swipe cards
- Managing various administrative tasks
- Dealing with queries
