Description:

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Rapport team, based at our client’s offices in central London. You will play a crucial role in delivering brilliant service and creating a positive first impression, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the front-of-house team.

Responsibilities:

THIS IS A FULL-TIME, PERMANENT ROLE (40 HOURS PER WEEK), MONDAY – FRIDAY, COVERING SHIFTS FROM 7:30 AM TO 7 PM, WITH FLEXIBILITY FOR OVERTIME AS PER THE CLIENT’S NEEDS.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Although the role content may vary, the main responsibilities within the role are:

  • Meeting and greeting, and providing a warm welcome to all stakeholders
  • Communicating the arrival of guests to the respective hosts and escorting visitors to their respective meeting rooms as required
  • Assisting with bookings and managing meeting rooms
  • Answering our switchboard calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Supporting with the courier bookings for national and international parcels, matching invoices against courier records, and providing the information to the Accounts Payable team
  • Reporting all facility-related issues, including health and safety, and following company service and H&S standards at all times
