Responsibilities:
- Maintain and disseminate a comprehensive list of conditions of approval based on approved applications.
- Prepare and administer Dealer application transactions and terminations, including the preparation subsequent documents and correspondence.
- Manage the submission of Dealer financial statements and provide monthly reporting.
- Provide accurate equity confirmations and incentive loan balances to Dealers and their advisors.
- Handle a high volume of emails and telephone inquiries by promptly responding and scheduling follow-ups efficiently.
- Manage security documents, registrations, renewals, inventory repurchase agreements, and insurance certificates with precision.
- Ensure proper setup and maintenance of electronic Dealer Documents.
- Scan applications and security reports using consistent naming conventions.
- Assist with various office duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and managing reports and Dealer files.
- Maintain adequate office supplies through regular inventory checks and procurement processes
