Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and disseminate a comprehensive list of conditions of approval based on approved applications.
  • Prepare and administer Dealer application transactions and terminations, including the preparation subsequent documents and correspondence.
  • Manage the submission of Dealer financial statements and provide monthly reporting.
  • Provide accurate equity confirmations and incentive loan balances to Dealers and their advisors.
  • Handle a high volume of emails and telephone inquiries by promptly responding and scheduling follow-ups efficiently.
  • Manage security documents, registrations, renewals, inventory repurchase agreements, and insurance certificates with precision.
  • Ensure proper setup and maintenance of electronic Dealer Documents.
  • Scan applications and security reports using consistent naming conventions.
  • Assist with various office duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and managing reports and Dealer files.
  • Maintain adequate office supplies through regular inventory checks and procurement processes
