Description:

CORPORATE RECRUITER CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Proficient with sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches.
  • Experience specific to electrical construction, engineering, and technology preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft 365 and Paycom, are preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies to attract top-tier talent in the electrical, technical, and engineering sectors.
  • Create compelling job descriptions, post them, and manage them on industry-specific job boards and social media platforms to reach qualified candidates.
  • Utilize sourcing techniques to identify and connect with passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, industry forums, and other channels.
  • Conduct phone or video screenings to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams, ensuring an efficient interview process.
  • Prepare and extend competitive offers, ensuring alignment with company policies, compensation structures, and market standards.
  • Handle salary negotiations and employment terms, balancing candidate expectations with company policies.
  • Leverage advanced recruitment technologies and tools to improve candidate sourcing, tracking, and communication.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders to align recruitment goals and timelines.
  • Track, analyze, and present key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire, to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies to stakeholders.
  • Oversee background checks, reference verification, and other pre-employment screenings.
  • Conduct thorough onboarding, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the company culture and processes.
  • Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and complies with legal and company requirements.
  • Organize initial training sessions and ensure new hires can access necessary resources and support.
  • Other duties as assigned.
