How you make a difference:
The Recruiter I is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both non-exempt and exempt positions in a high-volume environment, in accordance with the guidance of TA Leadership. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates that meet the qualifications and requirements of the open positions. The Recruiter I must maintain strong communication and relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts proactive recruitment activities and establishes recruitment strategies
  • Builds relationships with hiring managers and educates them on the recruitment process
  • Screens resumes, conducts phone interviews, and schedules interviews with hiring managers and teams
  • Verifies qualifications, credentials, and performs reference and background checks
  • Ensures compliance with applicant tracking system and provides accurate recruitment metrics to Recruitment Manager

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Experience

  • Zero (0) to Three (3) years of experience required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training,
  • Experience with MS Office is required.
  • Previous healthcare, corrections and or agency recruiting experience, a plus.

Licenses/Certifications

  • None required

Additional Details : Candidate must be able to work a hybrid schedule with the Nashville office
