Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Corporate Recruiter plays an important role in attracting and securing talent to support our brands, Troostwijk Auctions and Vavato, in the Benelux region. Working alongside another Corporate Recruiter and reporting to the Recruitment Lead, you’ll actively manage the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring. You will focus on building strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and consistently aligning recruitment efforts with our business needs. By combining effective operational execution with a candidate-centric approach, you will facilitate the growth of TBAuctions with the brands Troostwijk Auctions and Vavato.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Using phone screenings, interviews and assessments to select candidates based on alignment with our core values.
  • Implementing effective recruitment methods to attract talent.
  • Building and keeping a strong network of potential candidates to ensure a steady flow of qualified professionals.
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify and secure the best match for each role
  • Continuously improving our recruitment processes with data-driven insights.
