OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Professional experience with relevant HR skills and a genuine interest in developing as a strong recruiter;
• Positive approach and the ability to build strong relationships with internal clients and candidates in external markets;
• Fluent in Polish and English, both spoken and written;
• Organizational skills;
• Familiar with MS Office and other programming tools.

WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE SPECIAL?

InstalSolutions Group deals with the production of industrial technological installations for biogas plants and biogas purification stations. We make modular installations built in sea containers, on steel structures or directly in buildings throughout Europe and beyond. We are a manufacturer of pressure pipelines for the transport of hazardous media, certified by the Office of Technical Inspection. We manufacture pipelines in accordance with the PED or ASME directive.
We are currently looking for a colleague to join our team who will handle the recruitment process.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

• Reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and sourcing candidates for operational, engineering, and administrative roles across European locations.
• Collaborating with managers on resourcing needs, recruitment plans, and job ads.
• Leading local branding activities and improving the recruitment process.
• Handling ad hoc tasks.
