Description:

Our Sales team is looking for a Relationship Manager for Corporate Sales.

What are you actually going to do?

  • promoting the NN value proposition (products) designed for corporate customers;
  • performing new sales with the existing and new corporate customers interested in providing NN Employee Benefits solutions (life & health, pensions P3 and other product solutions launched by NN in the future) to their employees, according to annual targets;
  • coordinating the offer preparation process in case of RFP by taking all the actions internally and externally of NN, in order to submit in time the NN offer;
  • keeping the relationship with Brokers and Employees Benefits Platforms and developing different activities in order to develop the business generated by these two distribution channels;
  • delivering multi-channel trainings, sales coaching, and presentations aiming the commercial effectiveness and market education;
  • meeting regularly with the existing corporate customers to ensure the expected level of satisfaction;
  • cooperating with all internal functions to solve any potential operational issues with corporate customers;
  • being responsible for the input of the entire sales activity in SalesForce application and keeping it updated;
  • reporting internally the competitors’ activities on the local life, health and pensions market;
  • attending the company’s projects, related to corporate activity, processes, and products in order to increase the impact on the business and market.

Why do we want you?

  • you have at least 2 years of corporate sales (including C-level exposure)
  • you have 2-3 years of experience in Selling Employees Benefits or working with Brokers
  • you have relevant expertise in relationship management with corporate customers, sales coaching & training
  • you are experienced in delivering PowerPoint presentations
  • you already worked with a CRM

Your special knowledge:

  • confident user of Ms Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • good understanding of the dynamics of corporate customers in terms of compensation and benefits practices & challenges
  • knowledge of legal & fiscal framework related to employee benefits solutions
  • very good understanding of NN employee’s benefits products
  • corporate sales skills
  • relationship management for corporate customers
  • training and sales coaching skills for partners’ network

  • persuasive negotiator, with excellent verbal & presentation abilities
  • team player, also capable to work independently
  • very good planning & organizing skills

The monthly salary range for the Corporate Relationship Manager role is between 10.900 - 18.700 lei gross. The salary range showcased is only indicative. The final benefits package will be agreed upon during final negotiations with each candidate, by considering different criteria, such as the experience and skills level. Therefore, the finally agreed salary will stay confidential, as per the applicable law and we reserve the right to apply adjustments to the offer at any time during the hiring process.
