About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Head to lead our sales operations in the US and EU market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the US and European sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capture market share and drive revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with corporate clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and report on sales performance to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to enhance their performance and professional growth.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in corporate sales, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
