Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic management of existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. This role focuses on maximizing sales potential, expanding market reach, and promoting new product lines to meet the company’s business objectives.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and Grow Existing Relationships
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing corporate clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Regularly review client needs and provide tailored solutions to address them.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
- Resolve client issues promptly and maintain a high level of service excellence.
- New Business Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the corporate client base.
- Conduct market research to target potential customers and industries.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospects and manage the sales cycle effectively.
- Find New Business for New Product Lines
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to understand and promote new product lines.
- Identify potential markets and customers for new products, assessing their needs and fit.
- Develop go-to-market strategies to position and sell new products effectively.
- Provide feedback from the market to help refine product offerings and strategies.
- Train and educate clients about the benefits and features of new product lines to drive adoption.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Analytical and strategic thinking to identify opportunities and solve problems.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Willing to travel all over the UK, USA and Middle East.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and seizing opportunities.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Adaptable to changing market conditions and client needs.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
