JOB SUMMARY:
As the Company Secretary Executive/Lead at Statrys, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of businesses in Singapore.
This position offers you the unique opportunity to work with a specialized team dedicated to company incorporation services, a cornerstone of our firm’s offerings. Your expertise will ensure that our clients navigate the complexities of setting up a company seamlessly and in full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
This role is tailored for a registered, qualified individual with 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in company incorporation services.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) qualification with a minimum of 2 years in corporate secretarial practice for the Executive position, and preferably at least 2 years in a managerial role in a professional firm for the Lead position.
- 2–7 years of hands-on experience in company incorporation services.
- Strong understanding of business laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and written skills in English.
- Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using company incorporation software and tools.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and collaborate efficiently with different business units and support teams.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with government agencies and other regulatory bodies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and deadline-oriented.
- High level of integrity and discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Company Incorporation Services: Handle the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties, including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches and representation offices, striking off companies, preparation of directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions for ongoing corporate secretarial matters, application of employment passes, opening bank accounts, and changes of signatories, etc.
- Client Consultation and Onboarding: Provide expert advice on the most suitable company structure based on clients’ business needs and manage the onboarding process, including due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
- Nominee Director Services: Act as a nominee director for client companies, fulfilling all legal and fiduciary responsibilities.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure all company incorporations comply with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. Conduct periodic reviews of KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) information of existing relationships, including but not limited to higher-risk relationships, to ensure their profiles remain updated. Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements by both the company and clients.
- Stakeholder Communication: Manage and control communication with clients and regulatory bodies (e.g., ACRA/IRAS).
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest service standards.
