Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an International Travel and Event Security Manager at OpenAI, you will be integral to the Corporate Security Resilience Group, tasked with training, education, and protection of OpenAI’s employees and physical sites. Responsibilities include security oversight at external events, expansion of our high-risk travel program, and Global Security Operations Command (GSOC) integrations. This role also supports the physical security efforts for corporate properties and executive protection initiatives.
We’re looking for people who can adopt and deploy advanced technologies to monitor and enhance travel and event security. Strong expertise in corporate high risk travel tools, GSOC integrations, security operations protocols, and understanding executive travel needs are vital for this role.
This role is based in our Dublin, Ireland office. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Be the daily driver of the global high risk travel program.
  • Lead teammates, vendors, and contractors to secure international events.
  • Support CorpSec Protection Team for international executive travel.
  • Support International Team with protection of all international offices.
