JOB DESCRIPTION
At present we have an exciting opportunity as a permanent full-time role available, as a Corporate Services Assistant in our Wollongong office where you will be the front of house receptionist.

Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Based in our corporate reception, you will be involved in but not limited to:
- Greeting and building relationships with clients, providing a positive KPMG experience
- General reception duties including answering and directing calls, incoming and outgoing mail, booking couriers, scanning and filing
- Manage meeting room bookings, video conferencing and AV assistance
- Manage and coordinate office facilities, keeping the office neat and tidy
- Provide support and work closely with the administration team and wider office as required
- Keeping systems up to date
- Organising catering of internal events and assist with other events where required
- Processing of office accounts
Forming part of the KPMG Wollongong team this role will play a key role in being the face of our Wollongong office by:
- Building relationships with our clients and staff, providing a positive KPMG experience
- Bringing a positive, self-motivated and energised demeanour to the role each day
- A willingness in supporting your colleagues and KPMG as a whol
