Description:

Whitbread, the home of Premier Inn, are seeking a driven and analytical individual to execute the day-to-day operations of Procurement and Supply Chain’s reporting and data strategy. In this role, you will dive deep into data, business processes, and systems to deliver the most valuable and insightful reporting. Your ability to understand and interpret data will be key in driving decision-making and enhancing performance.
Role: Data Reporting Analyst
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000
Contract Term: 12 months FTC
Location: Whitbread Court, Dunstable, LU5 5XE with hybrid working (minimum of 3 days a week in our Dunstable campus)

What you will be doing

  • Manage the day-to-day operations, development, and improvement of Procurement & Supply Chain reporting dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for each dashboard, providing training to key users as needed.
  • Catalogue and validate both existing and new data feeds, continuously monitor data quality.
  • Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to understand subject areas and reporting needs.
  • Support ad-hoc analytical queries and assist with problem-solving efforts!

  • Proven experience in SQL
  • Proven experience designing reports in Power BI/Tableau or something similar.
  • Communications skills with the ability to translate customer requirements into reality using non-technical language.
