• Organizing and planning meetings, preparing agendas and necessary documents, taking notes, and following up on decisions made.
• Drafting resolutions and minutes of the board of directors and shareholders’ meetings and ensuring their legal compliance.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of company records, including registers and articles of association.
• Ensuring mandatory publications are made and necessary documents are filed with the relevant authorities.
• Coordinating with various external parties (notaries, lawyers, and banks) to ensure the smooth execution of legal and financial operations.
• Managing administrative and legal formalities related to the management of investment companies.
• Supervising the processing and payment of invoices, ensuring all transactions are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintaining regular and positive communication with clients, responding to their needs, and developing long-term trust relationships.
