Description:
Our client, a high-performing Corporate Services team is looking for a is looking for a part-time Corporate Services Officer to join their Glasgow office on a 6-month contract, 3 days per week.
This role is ideal for someone who excels in administrative tasks and is passionate about delivering exceptional service in a corporate setting.

Initially, this role is offered on a 6-month contract, with the possibility to become permanent for the right candidate. This is an office-based role in Glasgow City Centre, please only apply if you are happy to be in the office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update records management systems, ensuring full compliance with procedures and providing a complete audit trail.
- Handle daily photocopying, printing, binding, and distribution of post, record registered letters and manage scanned incoming mail logs.
- Assist with court clerking duties and reconcile stamping fees.
- Manage stock levels and collate files for archiving, liaising with fee earners as needed.
- Process and upload digital media to OneDrive, ensuring appropriate access for solicitors and secretaries.
- Book couriers, log bookings, and verify invoices against bookings.
- Act as a liaison for internal customers and stakeholders, providing high-quality service and forwarding relevant communications to fee earners.
- Offer additional administrative support to legal teams, including filing, post-organisation, and ad hoc tasks.
