This is a new and unique opportunity to join our growing brand and be part of transformation and innovation with Andrew Peller Ltd. The Corporate Strategy Analyst will report into the Manager, Strategy and Transformation and will be focused on developing strategic insights, driving outcomes and action. This individual is responsible for data gathering and providing analytical support for all strategic and business transformation activities. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE
- Completion of bachelor’s or higher degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive experience, with preference in the wine, alcoholic beverage industry, management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy or similar roles where structuring ambiguous problems using data to communicate results to executives
- Proven track record of driving change, ability to think outside the box, work with members in various functions and levels of an organization
- Strong financial acumen with experience in financial modeling
- Understanding of the wine industry, including market dynamics, supply chain, and consumer trends.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong problem solving abilities and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Ability to think strategically and navigate complex issues
- Able to successfully navigate within varying degrees of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
