Kickstart your career as a Corporate Strategy Intern at Amer Sports! In this role, you’ll partner with our Corporate Strategy team to support business performance and drive growth initiatives. Through hands-on work in market analysis, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration, you’ll gain valuable insights into corporate strategy and connect with senior leaders. Responsibilities:
- Assist in market intelligence studies by researching industry trends, competitor performance, and customer insights to support decision-making.
- Support business performance analysis by collecting and synthesizing key data on performance indicators across business units.
- Contribute to performance transparency by helping to develop reports that highlight value-generating drivers and their impact.
- Collaborate with the strategy team to identify potential business opportunities and support the preparation of strategic recommendations.
- Help coordinate cross-functional project management tasks, aiding in transformation projects and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in creating presentation materials and reports for management meetings, providing insights for strategic discussions.
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning (LTSP) by supporting data collection and analysis for key initiatives.
