One of our prestigious client is looking for a Corporate Strategy Manager to oversee the operations of Middle Eastern (Turkish) restaurants. You will play a key role in ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile, all while upholding the highest quality of food and service. You will work closely with our Senior Management to grow and strengthen our brand, helping our restaurants thrive. Your focus will be to make sure our standards are always met, control costs, and increase profitability.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6 to 8+ years of experience in restaurant management or corporate strategy in the F&B industry.
- Proven UAE/GCC experience is required.
- Experience with Middle-Eastern (Turkish) restaurant chains is a MUST.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, F&B, or related field.
Responsibilities:
- Shape the Brand: Work with Senior Management to maintain and grow the restaurant’s unique brand identity.
- Create Consistency: Develop and update brand manuals, policies, and procedures for all restaurants, ensuring they meet market trends and the brand’s strategy.
- Oversee Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations for all outlets, from front-of-house to the kitchen.
- Customer Experience: Monitor customer feedback and develop initiatives that improve the dining experience.
- Cost Management: Control costs, reduce waste, and maintain budgets for all outlets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research on market trends and consumer preferences to provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all staff follow brand standards, maintain high food quality, and meet presentation guidelines.
- Health Compliance: Ensure all restaurants comply with local health regulations.
- Team Leadership: Partner with HR to recruit, train, and schedule restaurant staff, ensuring they meet operational needs.
