Our clinical advisors have national and international reputations in their own cancer speciality, enabling us to provide award-winning services that are trusted by leading UK insurers, corporate clients and self-funding patients. My Cancer Risk (MCR) is a new screening service that has been developed by C4C for corporate clients.
The role of the Corporate Support Assistant, reporting to the Clinical & Operations Director is to be responsible for providing administration support to the Corporate Account Executives who are responsible for the account management of cancer screening services provided via employee benefit programmes.
The role is office-based initially but with the potential to move to hybrid working.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Provision of administrative support to the Corporate Account Executives. Daily duties include, but are not limited to, processing sign-up reports, MI reports, and regular client communications.
- Coordinating and providing administrative support to the delivery of cancer screenings in employee benefits including contract renewals and monthly newsletters. Ensuring campaign-related documentation is accurate and produced and sent in accordance with required timescales.
- Updating details and setting up new corporate customers on Hubspot and PCMS.
- Maintaining good communication with all parts of the C4C business, coordinating with the Account Executives to ensure consistent service.
- As required, attending clients’ benefits fairs to promote services and increase engagement with the Account Executives.
- Always acting with the client’s best interests at all times and ensuring a professional approach.
- Acting as an ambassador and role model for Check4Cancer at all times.
