JOB DESCRIPTION

Join us to play a crucial role in managing Regional Operations for JPMorgan entities based in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
As a part of the CTPO EMEA Regional Operations Team you will support Legal Entity Outsourcing Forum (OF), supplier oversight process activities and control environment. This includes production of Legal Entity OF reporting materials and supplier risk reports. As a part of the team, you will also be responsible for maintenance and tracking of related supplier governance documentation. You will work closely with regional stakeholders and global teams to comply with the Legal Entity, firmwide governance framework and regulatory requirements. You will contribute to process improvements to enhance the overall control environment and work to proactively mitigate risk through effective governance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-6 years’ experience (in financial services or related industries preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow things through
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with business partners independently; ability to adjust communication style to the audience
  • Ability to deliver independently and as a part of the team; team player
  • Flexible attitude in dealing with multiple tasks and the level of change inherent in processes
  • Strong organizational and time/ priorities management skills
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong record of process improvements, critical thinkin

Responsibilities:

  • Support preparation of reporting documentation and Forum materials, execute post Forum activities and related sub-processes
  • Manage incoming stakeholder queries in a timely manner
  • Support requirements for outsourcing engagements in line with regulatory guidelines
  • Process performance metrics – preparation and reporting
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives with focus on operational efficiency
  • Assist with management of outsourced services including performance monitoring and issue management
  • Contribute to risk mitigation and control remediation programs in relation to Supplier Governance and Oversight across the business
  • Undertake effective escalation and communication to stakeholders
  • Provide support to key stakeholders to continue to enhance and develop a collaborative approach within the oversight model
