- Hiring Pay Range:
- Corporate Trainer I – $19.25 - $20.94 per hour
- Corporate Trainer II – $20.50 - $22.88 per hour
- Corporate Trainer III – $22.00 - $25.25 per hour
- The hiring pay range for this position is commensurate with the level of relevant experience and education.
SUMMARY
- The Corporate Trainer coordinates training for an assigned functional or geographic area. The Corporate Trainer delivers training programs on bank topics such as, but not limited to, Product Knowledge, Sales, Service, Personal and Business Banking, Lending, and New Team Member Training. The Corporate Trainer will assist in updating training materials, designing and developing them, and evaluating their effectiveness. Training can be facilitated via classroom, one-on-one, WebEx, and WebEx video conference.

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- Excellent interpersonal communications, facilitation, collaboration, customer service, and leadership skills required. Ability to communicate with all levels of bank personnel, whether in person, in writing, or by phone. Must be able to professionally represent the bank in customer interactions.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and training material. Ability to effectively present information to groups or managers and respond to questions from groups or managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivers training programs and workshops via classroom, video conference, WebEx, and one-on-one. Manages the training class through effective facilitation processes that enable efficient curriculum delivery and a training environment conducive to learning.
- Confers with management, supervisors, and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives, and technologies.
- Develop working relationships with subject matter experts to ensure current knowledge of the ANB Bank’s culture, policies, and procedures.
- Conducts formal and informal training needs analysis with user areas to define requirements, identify problems, and recommend solutions.
- Ensures that training is an ongoing process with regular follow-up to reinforce training objectives.
- Tests trainees to measure progress and to evaluate the effectiveness of training.
- Under manager guidance, reports on employees’ progress to supervisors during training.
- Handles registering new employees for required training and creating LMS records.
- Handles training administrative duties for terminating employees
- Ensures announcement emails are sent for training courses.
- Ensures attendees receive reminder emails with appropriate training material for upcoming training courses.
- Prepares local training hub for training courses and ensures that equipment is in working order for training courses.
- Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position.
- Delivers quality of service as defined by department standards.
- Maintains confidentiality as defined by department standards.
- Supports the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Other duties may be assigned.
