We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Services I to join our Corporate Trust – Conventional Debt team team. This role is a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in office), and will be located out of our Houston, TX office.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Responsible for administering a portfolio of complex Conventional Debt client accounts to include the following duties: monitors client inquiries, coordinates debt service bond payments, monitors portfolio’s compliance matters, resolves non-routine issues and resolves the most complex or non-routine client issues or inquires, as needed.
Work with external clients and legal counsel to resolve day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY.
Lead team members in providing support to major clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
Use communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.
May be the central point of contact for business development and assume client onboarding and/or risk management responsibilities.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination
5-7 years of work experience in Corporate Trust
Experience in client services and/or and operational area preferred
