• Promote and sell cosmetic and aesthetic products, devices, or services to clients, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, spas, and med spas.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and consultations to educate clients on product features and benefits.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
• Manage client accounts, ensure timely follow-ups, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Use system tools to track leads, sales performance, and client interactions.
• Organize workshops or webinars for professionals in the beauty and aesthetics industry.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
• Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
