Caterpillar Sosnowiec is looking for a Cost Analyst to support its financial and cost data analysis and to monitor the performance of our organisation with close collaboration in cost control and reduction.

What Will You Do:

  • Participating in ongoing product costing activities including the cost estimation for new products,
  • Monitoring of current product cost and deviations explanations,
  • Material cost monitoring and close collaboration with procurement (in case of significant deviations)
  • Close collaboration with shared services, mainly in data management and support
  • GUS reporting

What You Will Have:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in finance/pricing positions
  • Good understanding of product cost analysis processes
  • Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision
  • Effective communication skills in both Polish and English
  • Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems
  • Ability to transform numerical data into business insight
