Role Overview
Improved understanding of operational impacts on costs and efficiency.
Better decision-making based on comprehensive data analysis and reporting.
Closer alignment between operational activities and financial goals, ensuring that all initiatives contribute to the company’s bottom line.
Responsabilities:
- Closely monitor daily activities at the hub, capturing data on every movement and operational process.
- Identify and track key performance indicators related to operational efficiency and cost impacts.
- Collect detailed data on operational activities, including those currently overlooked, to provide a complete picture of the hub’s performance.
- Analyze the collected data to determine how specific movements and processes affect costs and efficiency.
- Track the progress and outcomes of new equipment installations, staffing changes, and other operational improvements.
- Evaluate the success of implemented projects in enhancing efficiency and contributing to cost savings.
- Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement team to share findings and insights.
- Participate in joint initiatives to implement and refine operational improvements.
- Provide detailed reports to the finance team, highlighting operational insights, cost impacts, and efficiency gains.
- Communicate findings to relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and strategies.
- Identify opportunities for further improvements based on data analysis and operational observations.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and achieve financial targets.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations analysis, finance, or a related role.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, BI tools).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with project evaluation and process improvement.
