Role Overview
Improved understanding of operational impacts on costs and efficiency.

Responsabilities:

• Closely monitor daily activities at the hub, capturing data on every movement and operational process.
• Identify and track key performance indicators related to operational efficiency and cost impacts.
• Collect detailed data on operational activities, including those currently overlooked, to provide a complete picture of the hub’s performance.
• Analyze the collected data to determine how specific movements and processes affect costs and efficiency.
• Track the progress and outcomes of new equipment installations, staffing changes, and other operational improvements.
• Evaluate the success of implemented projects in enhancing efficiency and contributing to cost savings.
• Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement team to share findings and insights.
• Participate in joint initiatives to implement and refine operational improvements.
• Provide detailed reports to the finance team, highlighting operational insights, cost impacts, and efficiency gains.
• Communicate findings to relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and strategies.
• Identify opportunities for further improvements based on data analysis and operational observations.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and achieve financial targets.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations analysis, finance, or a related role.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, BI tools).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with project evaluation and process improvement.
