THE POSITION

Looking for a role where you will not only provide solutions for cost and profitability accounting, but also take part in process optimization and development of further innovative processes within the new GBS Centre? We help Finance Departments to gain a deeper understanding of their profitability and a better control of their cost.

ABOUT OUR FUTURE EMPLOYEE

You should speak English language fluently (min. B2) and have min. 3 years of professional experience in accounting/finance, preferably in the controlling / management accounting area.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Controlling, Finance or similar
  • Experience in SAP (ideally FI/CO)
  • Customer-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
  • Good team player working towards common team objectives
  • Profound knowledge in MS Office Tools
  • Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak culture

Responsibilities:

  • You support daily business in the area of Cost and Profitability Accounting by primarily execution of tasks & processes:
  • month end closing activities (e.g.reconciliations of Net Sales and Operating Income, bookings, running cost allocation, settlement of internal orders and WBS, explaining discrepancies between FI vs CO)
  • budget preparation
  • cost allocation maintenance
  • cost objects maintenance – master data maintenance including cost centers, internal orders and WBS elements
  • You are responsible for handling and improvement of diverse ERP-systems and linked financial tools (RUNBOOK).
  • You prepare analyses incl. ad-hoc reports
  • You ensure compliance of global processes within area of responsibility.
  • You participate in transition or implementation of CPA processes and systems, especially for deployments and hyper care phases
  • You support continuous improvement projects.
  • You support creation and development of documentation/training- material and concepts.
  • You are responsible for process descriptions and system user manuals.
