COST CLERK – CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

Location: Holyhead
Rate: £18 per hour (CIS or Umbrella)
Hours: Monday to Friday
We are looking for an experienced Cost Clerk to join a leading construction company on a project in Holyhead. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, ensuring accurate cost control and financial reporting on-site.

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience as a Cost Clerk in the construction industry
Strong numerical and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail

Assisting with cost tracking, reporting, and financial documentation
Processing invoices, timesheets, and purchase orders
Maintaining accurate records of project costs and budgets
Liaising with site teams and accounts to ensure smooth financial operations
Supporting the commercial team with admin tasks as required
