Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- Five years in managing projects, contract management, contract negotiations or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and relevant regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in risk management and conflict resolution techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Oversee and ensure compliance with all signed contracts, monitoring project progress in relation to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Change Management: Identify and assess changes in project scope, design, or requirements from clients. Negotiate and manage change orders, including additional costs and time extensions.
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve conflicts arising between subcontractors, internal departments, and clients, ensuring a collaborative work environment.
- Negotiation and Bargaining: Negotiate terms for amendments and additional clauses in contracts, ensuring alignment with the company’s interests and optimizing cost management.
- Contractual Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies relating to project costs, timelines, and quality at all project stages.
- Contract Document Control: Maintain and organize all contract-related documentation, including meeting minutes and change agreements, ensuring easy access and retrieval when necessary.
