HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Role Overview: As the Cost Out and Administrative Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving critical initiatives and ensuring operational excellence within Large Gas turbine Business of Siemens Energy. This dynamic position combines high-level decision-making with hands-on project management, making it essential for the success of our global operations.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE:
Familiarity with the energy sector, especially large gas turbines.
Understanding of supply chain and cost management.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Decision Support: Lead the preparation of decision and status meetings with the LGT Management Team, including Functional Reviews and Productivity Reviews, LGT extended Mgmt. Calls, ad-hoc requests, ensuring that leadership is equipped with the insights needed to make informed decisions.
Transformation Leadership: Steer key transformation actions and projects, inspiring change and innovation across the organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Cost-Out Program: Develop and implement a comprehensive cost-out program in Budapest together with key partners at site, finding opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
Workshop Organization: Plan and implement on-site workshops with suppliers and internal manufacturing teams & procurement, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate efforts across various Siemens Energy teams, from operations and quality to strategic procurement, ensuring alignment and alliance in achieving our goals.
Standard Reporting and Tracking: Implement standard reporting mechanisms and conduct regular report-outs to management on status, target achievements, and project breakthroughs, ensuring transparency and accountability.
International Collaboration: Work closely with an international Siemens Energy team and global suppliers, demonstrating diverse perspectives and expertise to drive success.
