Period Closing and Financial Results
Closing of own production plants, performing a review of consumption variations and reported production times.
Make monthly and YTD reports of liquid purchase processes, production volumes, variations, yields, current expenses.
Calculation and execution in SAP of manual adjustments to cost through transaction MR22
Make closing journals for the necessary adjustments to the production cost.
Execution of the Material ledger process and analysis of current costs for the 3 entities.
Analysis of results for liquid lines, components, write off and impacts or benefits to profit generated in NON supply.
Participation in pre-closing and closing calls as co-responsible for liquid and component support, as well as in the presentation of results to the Mexico team.
LE Generation and Analysis
Participation in the construction of the liquids LE, generating variation reports, analysis of cycle results and follow-up meetings with the make Mexico team.
Operation Follow Up
Weekly preparation of the pre-closing of the production of own plants, reporting production volumes, efficiencies and inefficiencies of each of the areas and yields of the distilleries.
Weekly follow-up on production results, coordinating with operations teams to make necessary corrections and follow up on costing errors.
Weekly report of the status of production orders and compliance of the areas.
Actual Cost
Follow-up on issues encountered in the material ledger process, such as cost center error, cost center structure, automatic allocations.
Perform the report and analysis of the current costs for the 3 entities, reviewing variations vs. the standard and vs. the current cost of the previous month.
Support to FC
Audits Support: Provide evidence as required and support audit points regarding COGS reporting and variations
Projects
Chip in the analysis, design and UAT phase of the COGS remediation project.
Key user in the atreyu project participating in the analysis and UAT phases.
Meetings and follow-up on other Elevate, Line 4, TPOs, NALA cost projects.
