COSTS DRAFTSPERSON

Location: Remote (With occasional travel to our Cardiff office)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and managing caseloads effectively, ensuring all work is completed with attention to detail and a focus on profitability.
  • Adhering to established workflows, ensuring that processes are followed consistently and accurately.
  • Providing technical support and supervision to junior members of the team, acting as a mentor to help them develop their skills.
  • Maintaining high standards of client service, ensuring that all time spent is recorded accurately and that case management systems are utilised efficiently.
  • You’ll dive into a wide variety of costs requirements, mastering the budgeting process while maximizing the recovery of costs and maintaining the highest level of accuracy.
